Graduation Party Invitations

I had the privilege of creating the invitations to my graduation party! It was incredibly fun to get to create and design outside of class. I was able to apply many of the skills and use many of the elements that I have learned on my yearbook staff to create this (such as cutouts, the bars bleeding off, playing with fonts, etc.)  One challenge I encountered was finding a way to make the title pop while not get lost in the details of the trees, and without it looking too bulky. By using the transparent bar, I think it not only accomplishes just that but also blends the cutout into the packaging of the design on the whole card.
